The Minion Works name actually started long before we became a real estate photography and media company. When I was building cars, I was always the youngest in the shop, which meant I was usually sent to handle the jobs my mentors didn’t want to do. Eventually, I became known as the “shop minion,” and the name stuck. When I started Minion Works, I brought that same work ethic with me. Whether we’re photographing a home, flying a drone, creating a floor plan, or helping an agent during a real estate media shoot, we’re there to make the process easier. We’re not afraid to help, get our hands dirty, and do the work—that’s what being a Minion is all about.

We know how important it is to get your listing on the market quickly. All real estate photography is delivered by the following morning, so you can keep your listing on schedule. Listing videos are typically delivered within two days, unless the project includes heavy visual effects or more complex editing that requires additional production time.

Most of our real estate photography shoots take about 45 minutes when the property is ready for us when we arrive. Every shoot includes professional photography, drone photography, and a floor plan. The exact time can vary depending on the size and layout of the property, but having the home prepared before our arrival helps us work efficiently while giving every listing the attention it deserves.

What is included with a real estate photography shoot?
Every Minion Works real estate photography package includes professional listing photos, drone photography, and a floor plan. Our goal is to give agents the essential real estate media they need to market a property without having to add every service individually. Additional services such as listing videos, 3D tours, virtual staging, and twilight photography are also available.

No, the listing agent does not need to be present for the real estate photography shoot as long as we have access to the property. However, if the homeowner will be home during the appointment, we often recommend the agent be there as well. Having a familiar face present can help the homeowner feel more comfortable while our photographer moves throughout the property capturing photos, drone media, and the floor plan.

Our real estate photography packages start at $250 with our Basic Package. Our most popular option is the Professional Package, which we recommend for homes over 1,700 square feet, condos with community amenities, or properties with standout features like a great backyard or outdoor living space. The Professional Package gives us the additional time and media needed to properly showcase more of what makes the property special.
